MeFresh - Subscription Terms and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing MeFresh - the most professional tool for beauty salon management. To ensure you fully understand our fee structure, please read the following terms carefully:

Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Plans
  • Monthly Plan $199: Automatically deducted monthly, providing you with full service for one month.
  • Annual Plan $1999: Automatically deducted annually, providing you with full service for one year, typically including a discounted rate.
2. Fees and Payment
  • Subscription fees will be automatically deducted from your provided credit card based on your chosen plan.
  • Subscription fees include basic service fees and any applicable value-added service fees.
  • All fees are in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and include all applicable taxes.
3. Automatic Renewal
  • If you do not actively cancel your subscription, the system will automatically renew your current subscription plan.
4. Cancellation of Subscription
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the MeFresh application.
  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period (monthly or annually) and will not affect fees already paid for the current period.
  • After cancellation, you can still use all paid services until the end of the paid period.
5. Payment Failure
  • If automatic payment fails, we will attempt multiple retries.
  • If payment continues to fail after multiple attempts, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription service.
  • After payment failure, we will notify you to update payment information to avoid service interruption.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Application
  • To request a refund, please contact official Line customer service or submit an application through the MeFresh application.
  • Refund requests should include subscription account information, reasons for refund, and relevant supporting documents.
2. Refund Conditions
  • Annual Subscription: A full refund can be requested within 14 days of subscription, provided no value-added services have been used.
  • Monthly Subscription: There is no refund mechanism for monthly subscription plans.
3. Refund Processing
  • We will process your refund request within 10 working days of receiving it.
  • Approved refund requests will be returned to the original credit card account within 10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may vary in processing time depending on different banks.
4. Special Circumstances
  • In cases of force majeure (such as natural disasters, government regulations, etc.) preventing service provision, refund proportions will be determined based on the actual situation.
  • In such cases, we will communicate with you to find the most suitable solution.
5. Refund after Subscription Cancellation
  • Fees paid for the current subscription period will not be refunded after cancellation.
  • Future subscription periods will not incur charges.
  • If you voluntarily cancel your subscription during the subscription period, you can continue using the service until the subscription period ends.
