Time in the beauty industry should go to your clients — not to reconciling accounts, flipping through a paper booking log, or scrolling a LINE chat for one open slot that hasn't been crossed out yet. MeFresh is the cloud-based booking and customer management system we built for nail techs, lash artists, PMU artists, aromatherapists, and small studios.
Why We Built MeFresh
The same thing happens in beauty studios every day: a client messages mid-appointment asking, "Do I have a booking today?", and the technician — hands still covered in gel or lash glue — has to pause on a paying client to reply. Before closing for the night, checking tomorrow's schedule means flipping open the paper booking log, only to find the same slot crossed out twice, with a note scribbled in handwriting no one can read. At month-end, tallying revenue means piecing it together from LINE chat history, a bookkeeping app, and a paper notebook, just to work out who came in how many times and whose balance is still unpaid. Course and session packages cause the most trouble of all. A client buys a ten-session lash package, and how many sessions she's used is tracked entirely in the owner's memory or by flipping through a notebook. When things get busy, sessions get missed, double-counted, or nobody remembers to warn a client she's about to run out — not because the studio isn't careful, but because tracking large volumes of long-running data by memory and paper is bound to go wrong.
These aren't scenarios we imagined — they're what actually happens in beauty studios every day. The systems already on the market are either bulky back-office platforms built for chain brands, packed with more features than anyone needs and requiring several clicks for every step, or bare-bones online booking forms that only solve "picking a time", leaving client records, session tracking, and revenue to be managed separately, on your own. We built MeFresh to take these everyday, unsolved operational problems and turn them into things the system simply takes care of.
What We Believe
Features Built for Real Situations
Every feature in MeFresh started with something that actually happens — not with a checklist of "features a system should have" that we later tried to justify. When a client asks, "Did I actually book last time?", the system should answer instantly, without making the owner pause to remember. When it's a client's 8th PMU touch-up or 10th lash session, the right session should be deducted automatically, with no need to double-check a notebook. When it's time to reconcile at month-end, the data should already be sitting in the system, not scattered across three different places.
Refinement
To us, "refined" doesn't just mean a good-looking interface — it means every single step maps to a real, recurring moment of work, with every unnecessary click and decision stripped away. We'd rather leave a feature out than build something that "feels like it should exist" but never actually gets used. That's also why MeFresh's feature set is built to be exactly right, not simply built to be big.
