LINE Pay integration guide

Connect LINE Pay to MeFresh and collect deposits with less friction

Follow this guide to configure LINE Pay Merchant Center and let clients pay deposits online when they book. You will need a LINE Pay merchant account enabled for online payments and a few minutes to finish the setup.

For MeFresh shop administratorsUpdated September 5, 2026Estimated time: 10 minutes

Before you begin, confirm these four items

  • LINE Pay merchant account

Online payments must be enabled. An in-store QR Code account cannot connect directly.

  • Two server IPs

Both IP addresses must be allowlisted.

  • Channel ID

Available in LINE Pay under Manage Link Key.

  • Channel Secret Key

Treat this as sensitive information and never share it publicly.

Sign in to LINE Pay Merchant Center

Make sure you can access the merchant administration interface.

Open LINE Pay Merchant Center and sign in with the merchant administrator account. You should see the store name, transaction summary, and navigation on the left.

  2. Add a new row and enter the second IP.
  3. Keep the default Mask value of 32 unless instructed otherwise.
  4. Confirm both entries were added successfully.

If you get stuck

Manage Payment Server IP is missing

Your account may only support in-store QR payments. Contact LINE Pay to apply for online payments.

The connection still fails after adding the IPs

Confirm that both IPs are present on separate rows and keep the Mask value at 32 unless otherwise specified.

Key validation fails

Check that Channel ID and Channel Secret Key are not reversed, contain no extra spaces, and are not Sandbox credentials.

The verification email did not arrive

Check the contact email registered in LINE Pay Merchant Center, including its spam folder.

Still not connected? We'll look with you

Send MeFresh the error message and the steps that caused it. Always hide the Channel Secret Key before sharing a screenshot.
